About the Role

Burlington is seeking a highly experienced District Asset Protection Manager to lead our asset protection and loss prevention efforts across multiple markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective asset protection strategies to minimize losses and ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset protection programs to reduce losses and improve overall security
  • Lead and manage a team of asset protection professionals to investigate and resolve incidents
  • Collaborate with district and store management to ensure effective execution of asset protection strategies
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external partners to ensure effective incident response and resolution
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in retail asset protection, including district or regional management experience
  • Proven track record of success in reducing losses and improving asset protection metrics
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
