Job Description

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join their team in Kenilworth, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic Imaging: Acquire high-quality diagnostic images for radiographic interpretation, adhering to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Patient Care: Provide quality patient care, including obtaining patient history, vital signs, and conducting pain assessments.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain integrity of supplies and equipment in the department, performing daily quality control and ensuring preventative maintenance of radiographic equipment.
  • Radiation Safety: Provide and practice radiation protection and safety in accordance with IEMA standards.
  • Documentation: Accurately document patient information, including chief complaint, vital signs, and laboratory results.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in radiology or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Current certification in radiology technology required.
