We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
  • A passion for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to make presentations to potential customers.
  • A Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain a Life and Health license.
