Job Title: Tax Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Analyst to join our team at DaVita. As a Tax Analyst, you will play a critical role in preparing international tax returns and assisting with various income tax projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review US International reporting and compliance obligations, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8991, 8992, 8993, and disclosure statements.
  • Prepare Subpart F, E&P, and foreign tax credits calculations.
  • Support various workstreams related to Country-by-Country Reporting and compliance obligations, including foreign tax credit computations.
  • Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, providing documentation and analysis as needed.
  • Computation of book tax differences, supporting work papers, account reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Research simple technical tax issues with direction.
  • Develops and uses collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate income tax provision schedules, including current and deferred.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting.
  • Strong accounting and computer skills.
  • Thomson-Reuters One Source compliance experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of income tax concepts and years of Corporate tax-related experience.
