Lead Dentist

This position is for a leading dentist role, specifically as a Managing Clinical Director.

• Leading a patient-focused team that values your clinical expertise and leadership
• Ensuring high-quality care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental ethics and professionalism
• Conducting thorough full mouth examinations and diagnosing dental issues
• Providing treatment planning options and discussing them with patients
• Delivering high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
• Maintaining budget awareness and collaborating with the Operations team to meet financial goals
• Mentoring and coaching new dentists and a team of dental professionals
• Staying updated on new developments in dentistry through ongoing education and professional growth
• Networking with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental practices in the community

Qualifications:

• Must possess a DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
