Behavior Therapist

New Story Schools is seeking a qualified Behavior Technician to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.
About the Role:
- Apply the principles of behavior science to tutor students and manage behaviors as needed.
- Run data-driven practices as assigned.
- Implement Precision Teaching and discrete-trial training.
- Use explicit instruction as assigned.
- Perform habit training duties.
- Record accurate data.
- Adhere to behavior management programs assigned to each student.
- Arrange and maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
Physical and Sensory Requirements:
- Must possess the ability to perform non-violent crisis intervention techniques.
- Must be able to react quickly and be sufficiently mobile to redirect students.
- Must be able to physically assist with evacuating students during emergency situations.
