About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our team at Reliant - Avalon Health and Rehabilitation Center Pasco for a 13-week assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare provider and contribute to the well-being of our patients.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functional abilities. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to address physical limitations and improve functional outcomes
  • Providing hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to enhance patient mobility and strength
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes
