About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resilience Strategist to join our team at BREVCO SERVICES. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance military resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance military resilience
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with military staff officers and HQ ACT direction to develop and implement plans
  • Conduct gap analysis and develop recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in military resilience and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
