Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair advanced automotive systems, including electrical, fuel ignition, and computer systems
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective repair processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and best practices through continuous training and development
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical customers and team members
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, with a focus on advanced systems and technologies
  • A.S.E. certification in at least 5 areas, with a focus on electrical and computer systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
