Automotive Lead Technician

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, while also mentoring and leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair advanced automotive systems, including electrical, fuel ignition, and computer systems
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective repair processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and best practices through continuous training and development
- Communicate technical information to non-technical customers and team members
- 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, with a focus on advanced systems and technologies
- A.S.E. certification in at least 5 areas, with a focus on electrical and computer systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
