The Florida Memorial University is seeking a highly qualified Associate Professor of Management to join our faculty team. As a key member of our academic community, the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in management, as well as contributing to the development of our business programs.

• Teaching and Curriculum Development: Develop and teach courses in management, including business analytics and applied statistics, using experiential and active learning pedagogies.
• Research and Scholarship: Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and presentation, to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of management.
• Service and Leadership: Participate in service activities, such as advising students, serving on committees, and contributing to departmental and university-wide initiatives.
• Professional Development: Stay current with developments in the field of management and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching, research, and service skills.

• Education: Earned Ph.D. or DBA in Management, Management Science, Business Analytics, Applied Statistics, Operations Management, Operations Research, or a closely related area from an ACBSP/AACSB accredited university.
• Experience: Holding the rank of assistant professor for six years, with expertise in teaching business analytics and applied statistics.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and LinkedIn Learning.

The successful candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced academic environment, with moderate physical activity, and the ability to teach across multiple modalities, including face-to-face, online, and hybrid.
