Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Prep Tech to join our team at Lexington Motor Sports. As a Prep Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their new RVs in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and install campers, providing exceptional customer service and orientation.
  • Install and set up weight distribution hitches, brake control systems, and perform minor repairs on RVs.
  • Wash and prepare RVs for customer pickup, including giving a thorough tour of the parts department.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to drive and deliver campers, work Saturdays, and possess excellent communication skills. We offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.
