Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Deburring Specialist to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a Deburring Specialist, you will be responsible for deburring parts by breaking sharp edges on all internal and external surfaces using motorized, pneumatic, and manual methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow work instructions and use required tools to deburr parts.
  • Use motorized, pneumatic, and manual methods to break sharp edges on various types of products.
  • Ability to understand basic machining measurements and stock removal.
  • Able to work in a high-paced team environment and provide feedback to department lead.
  • Ability to frequently use hands to grasp, push, and/or pull and sit and stand throughout the shift.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Good hand dexterity and ability to follow instructions.
  • Previous deburr experience and experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Must be able to read and understand verbal instructions in English and lift 25 lbs.
  • Fast-paced and self-starter with reliability and stable work history.
  • Per ITAR requirements, must be a US Person (US Citizen or a Permanent Resident Card Holder).
