Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a remarkable customer experience by greeting customers warmly, assisting them with their needs, and engaging in pleasant conversations.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food items in line with Crosby's established recipes and standards.
  • Encourage customers to join our loyalty program, My Crosbys Rewards, enhancing their shopping experience.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service to all patrons.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Candidates should be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
Compensation:

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for increased compensation based on experience.
