Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, with experience in managing complex patient cases. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage complex patient cases and make sound clinical decisions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Active RN license
- Degree from accredited nursing program
- BLS & ACLS certification
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting
- Weekly pay and direct deposit
