Lancesoft Inc is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and work closely with physicians and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Manage the care of assigned patients, documenting responses and updating treatment plans as needed.
  • Clinical Support: Assist physicians during exams, procedures, and treatments, and communicate care plans and hospital procedures to patients and families.
  • Vital Signs Monitoring: Monitor patient vitals and intervene as needed, administering medications, IV infusions, and blood products when required.
  • Team Collaboration: Refer patient needs to appropriate personnel and delegate tasks to support staff as needed.

Additional Duties: Perform other related responsibilities as required to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Current RN licensure in good standing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
