Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our pediatric home healthcare team in San Antonio and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with families and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care
Requirements
  • Valid current licensure as an RN or LVN in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification for healthcare workers
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
