Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MDS Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Otterbein Skilled Nursing & Rehab Neighborhood. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development, completion, and transmission of assessments, as well as reviewing and managing reimbursement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the MDS process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop, complete, and transmit assessments accurately and timely
  • Review and manage reimbursement, ensuring optimal payment for services
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved nursing program
  • Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • MDS and Restorative Nursing experience preferred
  • Sufficient computer skills to perform electronic medical record/submission duties

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
