Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Leader in hiring and training new team members to ensure a high level of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of team members, providing direction and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Assist with employment actions, including discipline and termination of team members in accordance with company policy.
  • Monitor store performance, identifying opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enforce the proper use of sales pitches with the team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate cash accountabilities at POS registers.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class guest experience.
  • Ability to read, count, and write accurately, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing store needs.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds, with prolonged periods of standing and working on the cash register or related equipment.

  • Selecting Talent: Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs.
  • Building Talent: Develop the team to ensure they provide outstanding service and are prepared for future growth.
  • Coaching: Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching, 1 on 1s, and individual development plans.
  • Decision Making: Actively seek data from a variety of sources to identify opportunities and make rapid and well-informed decisions to improve results.
Benefits:

Salary: $17.50 per hour.
