Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.


Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques, and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team. This includes evaluating patient functional status, consulting with physicians, and observing, recording, and reporting patient responses to treatment.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice, current CPR certification, and a reliable vehicle for transportation. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
