ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse is accountable for the comprehensive nursing care of assigned patients, including the supervision of nursing staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and adhering to hospital policies and procedures related to nursing care.
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Demonstrating proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A valid Florida nursing license or recognized compact licensure.
- A degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification, to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
