Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our interdisciplinary team in providing direct patient care to patients in their homes as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the direction and supervision of the Pediatric Clinical Nurse Manager or a registered nurse.
- Work collaboratively with the health team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data and inspire trust among patients and their families.
- Meet the physical demands of the job, including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Travel to patients' homes in Fresno, Madera, and Merced counties.
- Completion of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Education Program.
- License to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of California.
- Two plus years of experience in Pediatric acute care facility or community health agency.
- Demonstrated ability to work with health team personnel and maintain positive attendance and punctuality standards.
- Competitive hourly rate of $35-$38, plus sign-on bonus.
