Job Title: Leasing Consultant - Residentials

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Dasmen Residential. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for interviewing prospective tenants, recording information to ascertain their needs and qualifications, and accompanying them to model homes and apartments to discuss the size and layout of rooms, available facilities, and terms of the lease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview and qualify prospective tenants
• Accompany prospects to model homes and apartments
• Complete lease forms and collect rental deposits
• Inspect premises periodically and arrange for necessary maintenance
• Make recommendations on advertising methods to generate traffic
• Attend meetings and appointments on time

Requirements:

• One-year certificate from college or technical school
• At least 2 years of sales experience required
