Production Machine Technician

We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage machine operations, encompassing start-up, changeover, shutdown, and ongoing functionality.
  • Continuously observe and assess machine performance for any defects.
  • Diagnose and rectify machine issues, promptly informing relevant personnel of operational concerns.
  • Utilize computer systems to input data and generate roll labels.
  • Conduct routine quality assessments on products.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace, including all equipment.
  • Adhere to established safety protocols.
  • Maintain consistent attendance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong dedication to safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to read and write, follow both verbal and written instructions, perform basic mathematics, take precise measurements, and operate hand tools.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods.

Shift Options:

  • Day Shift: 5:00am-5:00pm
  • 2-2-3 Schedule (2 weekdays, alternating weekends)
  • Night Shift: 5:00pm-5:00am
  • 2-2-3 Schedule (2 weekdays, alternating weekends)
  • 4 days a week (no weekends)
  • Note: Shift schedules may transition to a 2-2-3 format due to business growth.
