About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at Rockside. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary department and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our residents
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to provide consistent, high-quality food service
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and supply chain to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to promote our culinary services and attract new residents
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in senior housing or related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
