Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ in Cerritos, CA. As a part-time Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to high standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated Salary: $18.00 per hour + tips

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to high standards, following recipes and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Ensure adequate supplies of clean dishware, pots, pans, and utensils
- Clean work areas and equipment used in food preparation
Qualifications:
- Equivalent experience and familiarity with basic cooking supplies and equipment preferred
- Restaurant experience beneficial
- Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices essential
Working Conditions:
- Part-time position, weekends and holiday season required
- Must be available to work at least 4 shifts a week
