Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement differentiated learning experiences that enable all students to make progress.
  • Design and deliver well-structured lessons with challenging, measurable objectives and appropriate student engagement strategies.
  • Analyze results from a variety of assessments to determine progress, adjust practice, and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Provide regular, specific feedback to students and families on student performance, including how it can be improved.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support improved student learning.
  • Communicate and consistently enforce specific standards for student work, effort, and behavior.
  • Use rituals and routines that create and maintain a safe learning environment.

  • Actively create and maintain an environment in which students' diverse backgrounds, identities, strengths, and challenges are respected.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • DESE Licensure required
