About the Role

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team as a Workday Reporting Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Workday reporting solutions that support our Human Resources Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workday Reporting: Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable insights to support strategic HR decision-making.
  • Workday Analytics Suite: Determine solutions to questions/needs arising from HR business and COE stakeholders.
  • Workday Prism Expertise: Serve as a Workday Prism expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, and touchpoints with relevant functional areas.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop Prism solutions, Discovery Boards, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements.
  • HR Technology Projects: Partner on HR Technology projects that have components of Workday reporting, understanding and following defined integration/development standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in data reporting and/or management, with Workday reporting and PRISM experience required.
  • Education: A degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Analytics, or related business area.
  • Skills: Expertise with data architecture and business processes in a global organization, advanced knowledge of Workday calculated fields and business objects, strong background in dashboards, data analytics, reporting, and change management.
