Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP)/Individualized Care Plans (ICP) and monthly updates.
- Transcribe orders and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- LPN, NY State specific licensed nurse credential.
- Maintain certifications and ongoing training as required by Sunrise and state/provincial regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interest.
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
