We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bell Attendant to join our team at Mauna Lani. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and creating lasting memories for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Luggage Handling: Transport and store guest luggage, ensuring it is delivered to the correct room or location.
- Transportation: Provide transportation for guests to and from their rooms, as well as around the resort.
- Direction and Information: Offer directions and provide information about the resort and local area to guests.
- Service Focus: Possess a strong service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Computer Knowledge: Basic computer skills and knowledge of resort systems.
- Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
