Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments and external organizations to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to ensure the financial health of our Outpatient Services team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, clinical psychology, social work)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in an outpatient setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
