Overview

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. stands as one of the largest specialty wholesale insurance brokerage firms in the nation. This role is pivotal in generating new business and managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Underwriter/Broker in the management and servicing of accounts.
  • Underwrite, service, and oversee assigned accounts with specific production and service goals.
  • Evaluate individual insurance applications for property and casualty coverage, adhering to established guidelines for policy issuance.
  • Assess risks by analyzing property value, location, usage, safety features, and other relevant information.
  • Maintain regular communication with field representatives to gather essential information for underwriting decisions.
Qualifications
  • Required: A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
