Key Responsibilities- Machine Operation: Operate Bekum blow-mold machines, plastic mixing machines, trimmer machines, and leak checking machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
- Quality Control: Inspect and label plastic bottles to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment.
- Training: Train and develop junior technicians on technical skills related to safety, quality, and operational expectations.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and surrounding areas.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, judgment, and decision-making skills, as well as a continuous improvement mindset.
This is a 2nd shift position, working on a rotating schedule. You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and quality.
