Deburring Technician

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Deburr Specialist to join our team at Wakefield-Vette. As a Deburr Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Adhere to Departmental Policies and Procedures**: Familiarize yourself with and strictly follow all departmental policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• **Visual Inspection and Quality Control**: Perform meticulous visual checks on parts to detect defects and ensure they meet our quality standards.
• **Attendance and Work Ethic**: Demonstrate excellent attendance and work ethic, consistently meeting deadlines and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
• **Prioritization and Productivity**: Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize tasks that align with our company's top priorities: safety, quality, and productivity.
• **Process Improvement**: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency in your daily work, suggesting improvements to your supervisor or team lead.
• **Equipment Operation**: Safely operate abrasive equipment, adhering to manufacturer instructions and company safety protocols.
• **Support to Other Production Areas**: Provide support to other production areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure that all departmental work is performed in accordance with company safety standards, reporting any hazards or near-miss incidents to your supervisor.

**Requirements:**

• **Education**: High School diploma or equivalent.
