As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Direct Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and provide wound care and other treatments as needed.
