At Regents Point, a distinguished HumanGood community, we are seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) to join our Assisted Living team.
Key Responsibilities:
As an LVN, you will be entrusted with the nursing care of our residents, ensuring that their health and safety are prioritized. Your role will involve:
- Implementing our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care" to enhance the daily lives of residents.
- Collaborating with care partners to develop and oversee care assignments.
- Maintaining accountability for the quality of resident care and satisfaction.
Work Schedule:
This position offers varied shifts, including:
AM (7am-3pm), PM (3pm-11pm), and Night (11pm-7am).
Compensation:
The pay range for this role is $33 - $35 per hour, depending on experience, along with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time LVNs/LPNs.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Current LVN/LPN license (or in the process of obtaining within 90 days).
- Valid CPR certification.
- Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
