Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at LHC Group in Lindale, Texas.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, identify patient needs, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient-centered care, prioritizing patient safety and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust care plans as needed
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
