About the Role:
This role provides high-quality, safe, and cost-effective total nursing care to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process, ensuring discharge with an optimum level of care provided.
The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control. They administer medications safely and in a timely manner per hospital policy and perform HICS responsibilities as directed.
