As an Account Executive at Grand Canyon Education, you'll have the opportunity to empower students from the Northern Colorado territory to achieve their educational goals. With a focus on driving student success and institutional growth, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote our online academic programs and guide prospective students through the admissions process.

Your Impact
  • Drive Student Success: Develop and implement event/activity plans, build awareness of our online academic programs, and drive inquiry generation for your territory.
  • Promote Institutional Growth: Use your exceptional communication and coaching skills to provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners, promoting Grand Canyon University student success and institutional growth.
  • Make a Difference: Utilize your critical thinking skills to guide prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition to a successful online learning experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; no delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report.
  • Outstanding time management skills; ability to prioritize competing priorities while traveling.
  • Clear communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to anyone and communicate effectively in person, writing, and on the phone.
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed; volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked.
  • High emotional intelligence; ability to demonstrate empathy when coaching diverse students and developing partner relationships.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule. Some events may require evening and/or weekend availability.
  • Computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Salary: $75,000 per year with potential earnings exceeding $100,000 after 5 years of service. Benefits include 100% tuition-free education for employees and generous tuition benefits for dependents.
