Position Title: Mixologist - Urban 80 Eatery

Job Overview:

The Mixologist is tasked with crafting and serving drinks and/or food to patrons while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recognize and address customer needs to guarantee a high level of satisfaction.
2. Welcome guests warmly upon their arrival, maintaining a proactive approach to service.
3. Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to both hotel guests and staff.
4. Prepare and garnish drinks according to established recipes and portion control standards.
5. Present and serve beverages to patrons.
6. Verify guest identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Accurately process payments from guests, including cash and card transactions.
8. Maintain and stock the bar with necessary supplies, including beverages, glassware, and condiments.
9. Ensure the quality and proper storage of all beverage-related perishables.
10. Handle situations involving inebriated guests with professionalism.
11. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
12. Exhibit calmness, tact, and creativity in all interactions with the public and colleagues.
13. Contribute to a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable workplace environment.
14. Ensure operational efficiency by consistently delivering high-quality service and products.
15. Lead by example, adhering to operational standards and directives.
16. Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, particularly in food and beverage services.
17. Participate in all required departmental meetings.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of six months experience in bartending within a full-service bar or restaurant.
