Job Overview

Position Summary

As a Hose Assembly Technician at Varco, you will be integral to our production and logistics processes, tasked with the assembly of hoses and ensuring the precise and timely completion of customer orders. Your meticulous nature, efficiency, and dedication to safety will be vital to our operations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Construct custom hoses and fittings based on client specifications and order details.

Operate machinery for cutting, crimping, and testing hoses.

Examine finished products for precision, quality, and compliance with specifications.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and timelines.

Support pickers and packers as needed.

Keep a tidy and organized workspace, following safety protocols and guidelines.

Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies.

Engage in training and development initiatives to improve your skills.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve any production-related issues.

Perform other tasks as assigned.


Required Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Fluency in Spanish is advantageous; proficiency in English is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.

Basic mechanical skills.

Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 75 pounds.

Consistent attendance history with a strong work ethic.

Valid driver's license (not suspended) with a clean driving record.

Dedication to maintaining workplace safety.
