We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Carwash/Gas Attendant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and ensuring accurate pricing signage.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Maintain the car wash/gas station area by cleaning and organizing the space, ensuring accurate pricing signage, and promoting products and services.
- Operate equipment, such as cash registers and related tools, to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold.
- Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility and organizes and maintains facility by following company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing and retaining required paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
- Operate and maintain Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and provide product and services to Customers in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $23.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance, as well as paid time off and parental leave.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include previous customer service experience and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
