Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Sensitive Solutions Behavioral Health LLC. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on improving communication skills, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language comprehension.
- Provide customized therapy sessions that cater to the unique needs of each client, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques and tools to facilitate effective communication.
- Educate clients and their families about communication disorders and the steps to improve their communication and swallowing functions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to implement comprehensive treatment plans and ensure seamless care coordination.
- Utilize and recommend adaptive devices or other technology to assist with communication and enhance patient outcomes.
- Analyze data to track client progress and the effectiveness of interventions, making data-driven decisions to inform treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As) to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to treatment plans.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- State licensure as a speech-language pathologist and registration with the relevant state licensing board.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to engage in physically demanding activities and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults with various communication disorders.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities in speech-language pathology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
