We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse to join our team as an Advanced Practice Professional in Med Surg/Tele. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with a dynamic group of healthcare professionals while providing top-notch patient care.

About the Role:

  • This 13-week contract position requires a registered nurse (RN) with experience in Med Surg/Tele to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical-surgical and telemetry nursing principles, as well as excellent communication skills.
  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to adult patients with various medical conditions, including those requiring telemetry monitoring.
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized plans of care to meet their unique requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
