Job Summary

KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process patient menus and diets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with production staff to meet menu and diet needs.
  • Provide leadership and support to production staff as needed.
  • Deliver and serve food to patients in accordance with hospital standards and policies.
  • Monitor HACCP requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current Food Service Handler's Permit issued by the County of Riverside Department of Health.
  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of nutrition and therapeutic nutrition.
  • Understanding of body physiology and basic principles of diet planning.
  • Ability to plan menus that meet the nutritional needs of patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
