Caregiver - Montrose (Newfoundland)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Modivcare. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing professional, non-clinical personal care and support to our clients, enabling them to remain healthy and independent in their homes and communities.

• Assist clients with instrumental activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide personal care and support, including medication reminders, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities, as requested.
• Support clients in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and escalate unsafe or inappropriate home and community conditions.
