Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing team. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of your colleagues.

Your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. You will have the chance to work with a variety of age groups, from children to adults, and to develop your skills as a dentist in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality dental care to patients, including routine cleanings, fillings, and other treatments
  • Work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in morning huddles to plan your day and connect with your team
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and their families, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training

Requirements:

  • DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (required in certain states)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
