Production Superintendent

We are seeking a Production Superintendent to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities in Lebanon, TN. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of construction experience and 3 years of superintendent experience.

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to ensure timely completion of the project within budget and with quality workmanship.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Promote job site safety and encourage safe work practices.
• Ensure all workers and subcontractors adhere to company safety policies.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 6 years of construction experience required.
• 3 years of superintendent experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both strategic and functional levels.

$92,500 - $118,000 per year, depending on experience. A complete benefit package is also offered, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
