Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

Post-Acute Rehab Solutions (PARS Therapy) is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, including assessment, treatment, and education.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Active license in the state of TX required.

• OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required.

• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.

• Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.

• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.

• Current knowledge of treatment practices.

• Friendly and professional demeanor required when explaining procedures and treatments.
