We are seeking a Part-Time Clinical Assistant to join our team at the Freehold, NJ location. This role will involve working Monday - Friday from 5:30am - 9:30am with rotating weekends and holidays out of the Eatontown, NJ location.

Responsibilities:

* Assist physicians with clinical procedures
* Accurately document ultrasound reports in the stim sheet
* Identify specimens for insemination
* Maintain sterile technique
* Perform routine patient assessments
* Phlebotomy
* Clean exam rooms promptly
* Maintain clinical supplies inventory
* Manage lab reports, results, and prescriptions refills
* Enter all labs and outside reports
* Comfort patients by anticipating their anxieties and answering their questions
* Ensure quality care by adhering to therapeutic standards
* Maintain an excellent rapport and working relationship with multidisciplinary teams within the Practice

Requirements:

* Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant Program is required; state certification is preferred
* Minimum 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice
* Women's Healthcare background is preferred
* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
* EMR experience is preferred
* Strong phlebotomy skills
* Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
* Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
