Optical Advisor

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
• Assist patients with their eye care needs, including explaining tests, products, and services
• Work accurately and efficiently, despite time pressure and customer volume
• Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Operate the POS system, collecting payment and handling customer transactions

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems
